The Naples Police Chief has adopted three measures to ban access to public establishments or places of public entertainment.
Two of these, for periods ranging from 1 year to 8 months, were issued against two people, aged 23 and 22, both reported for aggravated brawl and for aggravated personal injury as on 10 September last year they had taken part in a fight, which arose from trivial reasons, at a bar on via Petrarca.
The other measure, lasting one year, was imposed on a 20-year-old who had been reported for aggravated brawl and aggravated damage because on the night of February 2nd of last year he had taken part in a brawl, also arising from trivial reasons, which took place at a pizzeria in Coroglio descent.
These measures, instructed and prepared by the Anti-Crime Police Division of the Police Headquarters of Napoli, provide for a ban, for periods from 3 months to 2 years, from accessing the areas where the illegal activity was carried out.
