Robbery un betting center a Napoli with two accomplices, armed with martello which he uses to hit the owner of the business, but also of a knife and a gun. But, at the exit, it comes hit by a car. It happened in Marianella course: the protagonist is a 50 year old, arrested by the Carabinieri.
The criminals had stolen a loot of 6000 euros from the owner, who was beaten and hit with a hammer. The three fled but not all managed to get into the car because one of them was hit by another vehicle coming from the opposite direction. The carabinieri, who arrived after a few moments, found him on the ground.
Ending up in handcuffs Gennaro Sbrizzi, 50 years old already known to the police. He was the one holding the hammer. Now he is at Cardarelli, hospitalized for a multiple-fragment fracture to the left femur and awaiting the validation judgment. Investigations continue to identify and locate the other members of the group, who escaped with the stolen goods.
