He tried to extort money from his family and threatened his uncle with a knife. It happened last night in the Arenaccia neighborhood where the police arrested a 20-year-old.
Last night, officers from the Vasto-Arenaccia Police Station, on orders from the Operations Center, intervened in Via Sant'Attanasio following a report of a family dispute.
The operators, who arrived at the house, were approached by two spouses who said that, shortly before, their nephew, as had already happened on other occasions, had asked them for money but when they refused he had threatened them and pointed a knife from the kitchen to the uncle's throat; finally, he had gone away to his room.
The police stopped the young man and, after identifying him as a 20-year-old Napoli with a criminal record, they arrested him for attempted aggravated extortion and mistreatment of the family.
