Salary maneuver, 16 months of inhibition for Andrea Agnelli

Il National Federal Tribunal, chaired by Charles Sica, has sanctioned the former president of the Juventus Andrea Agnelli with a'inhibition di 16 months and a fine of 60mila euros regarding the procedure concerning salary maneuvers, relationships with agents and partnerships with other clubs. This was communicated by Figs.

The Federal Prosecutor's Office, during this morning's hearing before the National Federal Court, had requested 20 months of inhibition for the former president of Juventus. Agnelli, the only defendant in the trial after the plea bargaining adopted by the other executives reported, has already been inhibited for two years for the capital gains case.

Agnelli's position had been separated by the National Federal Court during the hearing of May 30th. The former Juventus number one, choosing not to plea bargain and not to renounce any possible sporting appeals, was therefore called to trial.
