Insults e teased via social at policeman of Digos photographed while escorting Cristiano Ronaldo upon his arrival at Turin in July 2018. Two Torino fans who were sued for defamation had to answer for this. The trial was scheduled to open this morning but the agent, a civil party with his lawyer Julius Calosso, withdrew the complaint after receiving from the defendants, defended by lawyers Nicholas Ciafardo e Monica Arossa, a sum of money as compensation, and the court declared that there was no case to answer.
The photo was shared on the Instagram page 'We are the Bull'. The policeman was well known in football circles as a member of the 'fan section' of the Subalpine Digos, and among the comments appeared “you really suck, not even the worst southerners dress like you” e “they're just two shitty men” (also referring to CR7).
The perpetrators, who operated under a nickname, were identified by the postal police. “Of course it was a legitimate investigative activity. – said lawyer Ciafardo on the sidelines of the hearing – which however was completed with an expenditure of time and resources that could seem attributable to cases of much greater gravity".
