“The failure to activate the Metro del Mare to and from the Cilento, with the increasingly concrete risk that it will be definitively cancelled for the summer of 2023, represents a flop for the regional government and significant damage for tourism operators and holidaymakers”.
This is the complaint of the MEP and regional vice-coordinator of Forza Italia, Isabella Adinolfi, on the failure to assign the maritime connection services of the Metrò del Mare.

“The Metro del Mare was announced with great fanfare in May and was supposed to be operational by mid-June,” adds the MEP. “Summer is now well underway and everything is at a standstill, further aggravating the plight of many tourists, especially foreigners, who arrive in the Cilento ports only to discover that there are no connections.
Neither a notice nor a poster, just a lot of superficiality on the part of the Region, with considerable damage to the image of these splendid territories”.
