The Carabinieri of the operational unit of Bagnoli they arrested for possession of drug for drug dealing purposes Joseph Ceci, an 38-year-old from Pianura already known to the police. The man was stopped after evading, by fleeing, a check by the officers who were following him.
Realizing he was being watched, the 38-year-old tried to escape but the military chased him, stopped him and then searched him. On him was what most likely pushed him to escape: 83 grams of cocaine, 77 of hashish and 24 by crack. All packaged in heat-sealed doses, ready for sale.
Also in his pocket was money, most likely the illicit proceeds of drug dealing. In total there were 145 euros in cash, found on the criminal. He also had a precision scale with him. Ceci was therefore placed under house arrest and is now awaiting trial.
