The Carabinieri of the Amalfi Station executed a precautionary order restricting access to a 64-year-old man believed to be responsible for stalking his ex-wife.
According to the prosecution's hypothesis, the man, who had already received a warning from the Police Chief of Salerno for the same facts, continued his intimidating conduct against the victim.
The order executed by the military of the Arma was issued by the investigating judge of the Court of Salerno at the request of the local Public Prosecutor's Office.
