In the period from July 31st to August 3rd, the Guardia di Finanza Departments intensified, throughout the national territory, controls on the transparency of fuel prices charged to consumers.

The Finance Police carried out 234 checks, 22 on motorway facilities and 212 on road network distributors.
There are 240 violations contested overall: in 126 cases the failure or different display of the prices practiced compared to those indicated was found. Instead, 114 irregularities were detected regarding the obligation to communicate prices to the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy.
