But last night at the Green Village Park of via Domitiana in Castel Volturno, State Police personnel executed the two arrest warrants for murder, possession of firearms and attempted extortion aggravated by mafia methods against Gesualdo Sartori, 31 years old better known as Aldo.
Sartori, a top man of the Mazzarella clan, was the recipient of the aforementioned order relating to the investigations launched following the complaint filed by the manager of a restaurant in the Neapolitan hinterland, relating to extortionate conduct undertaken by the suspects against him in April and May 2023.
However, Sartori had already realized unavailable since May 18, 2022, having evaded another provision, an order for the reinstatement of precautionary custody in prison issued for theMurder of Patrizio Reale and an attempted murder, which occurred on11 October 2009 in via Pazzigno, in conjunction with 5 other people for whom the precautionary measure had already been carried out on 16 May by delegation of the District Anti-Mafia Directorate of Naples.
At the end of the ritual duties, Gesualdo Sartori was associated with the Secondigliano prison in Naples.

The repentant Pipolo: “The pact was born in the presence of Salvatore Barile and Marco De Micco”
Pipolo then continued with the statements: “After the murder at the Ospedale del Mare there was a summit at the home of “Fifì”, father of Antonio Nocerino. On that occasion for the Mazzarellas there were Salvatore Barile, Gesualdo Sartori and Patrizio Fiume. With me there were Marco De Micco, Giovanni Palumbo, Ferdinando Viscovo, Francesco Cilenti, Ciro Ivan D'Apice and others.
Before we sit down at the table Salvatore Barile and Marco De Micco they talked among themselves aside for about half an hour. Then we all sat down and Marco De Micco spoke on one side and Salvatore Barile on the other. This made me understand the important role of Salvatore Barile (“Totoriello”) in the Mazzarella clan.
The day after the summit the news came out in the newspaper with an article titled “Pact between the De Miccos and the Mazzarellas”, but I don’t know how it came out. I met Barile a second time during the summit held in San Giovanni a Teduccio after the arrest of Marco De Micco. It was the last meeting I attended. From the Mazzarellas there were Salvatore Barile, Patrizio Fiume, Antonio 38 and……….(omissis)”.
