Thirty days assigned by the investigating judge for the filing of the results.

The principal: “Problems reported for years”

Problems reported "for years" to social services, due to "a difficult family situation". This was reported Bartolo Perna, headmaster of the comprehensive institute attended by one of the victims of the rape at Parco Verde in Caivano.

“The last report for her is from December 2022, when we also had a meeting with the family and social services, but compared to our reports – says – We also made reports to the Prosecutor's Office, also for the brother. I have known that family for years, just as I have known their children's problems for years."

“It's not that the absences don't interest us, she had been reported for everything, for her behavior and for delicate situations: even to the Public Prosecutor's Office, even her brother. We had somehow 'thrown a seed' to break the wall of silence", he says again.

“The family behind this girl has big problems, she is one of those students who 'comes and goes', she has often been absent. It was a situation we had reported”. “And in the end it always happens that those who pay are those who have the most difficulties”, adds.

“We haven't even had a partial response from social services, after December we haven't had any news – stresses – in June we also reported the brother and again no response.”
