An inmate of the Lauro prison, in the province of AVELLINO, attempted to take her own life by ingesting bleach. The 37-year-old was immediately rescued by other inmates and officers on duty and transported to the hospital in AVELLINO, where a red code was issued. Her conditions are considered serious.
