Despite being under house arrest, he decided to leave his home to take a walk in the historic center.
It happened late this morning in Piedimonte Matese, in the province of Caserta, where the Carabinieri of the local station, during a territorial control operation, surprised the forty-two-year-old while he was freely moving around with the electronic control bracelet on his wrist with which he had been restricted.
The man, who will have to answer for the crime of escape, was arrested and taken back to house arrest, at the disposal of the competent judicial authority.
