It happened last night at Marghera, where, according to local press reports, the couple, in the process of separating, met again to discuss the management of their daughter. The man allegedly tried to get closer to the woman verbally but then he tried to rape herAt that point the woman allegedly grabbed a knife and cut off part of the penis, also being injured in the fight.
The 35 year old, of foreign origin, wanted to avoid being abused by her ex-husband, a forty fellow countryman, but when the police arrived with the rescuers, and the man was taken to the hospital, she found herself having to answer to the charge of attempted murder.
With this hypothesis of crime, the magistrate on duty, having evaluated the findings of the officers on site, ordered the precautionary measure. Arrested and taken to the Giudecca women's prison. The story, investigative sources explain, is still to be reconstructed in detail. In essence, the scope of responsibilities and accusations could change, hypothetically, when it reaches the examining magistrate, for the validation hearing.

Arriving at the scene, an apartment in a condominium in the Marghera neighborhood, the Suem doctors and the police had found the 35-year-old in the street, in shock and with blood-stained cars. Inside the house the man, in critical condition, with a bad wound. If in the hours that followed the doors of prison opened for the alleged victim, something evidently must not have come back to the prosecutor in the reconstruction provided by the 35-year-old.
Now we are waiting for the ex-husband to be heard by the investigators, to better define the picture of the bloody fact.
