Fatima Sarnicola, now a woman, lives in Agropoli in the province of Salerno, has a truly special story to tell.
This is about his adoption where he retraces those moments spent showing how his life was in Lithuania. There were more dark and uncertain days where hope wavered, than the day when things could change for the better. In the orphanage she was mistreated and her biological family was also mean to her.
A little girl of only 5 years old who instead of letting her grow like all children playing, feeding her with affection and leaving her in the most absolute carefree, they gave her weapons in her hand inciting her to shoot and even more scandalous the fact that at that age she was subjected to rape. Fatima even if she has been marked by time, finds the strength and the will to tell the scandalous and heavy details of her past making the various social networks become commonplace.
On TikTok, a social media platform, the beautiful Fatima has managed to capture the interest of many people, reaching 100000 followers in recent days. She proposed to her followers the creation of a Telegram group where everyone could talk freely about their own adoption story. The outcome was immediately met with positive feedback and from 10 members in January 2023, in 2 months they became 100.
So in light of this feedback he also thought of creating a podcast available on the various platforms Spotify, Amazon music and Apple music where in each episode he tried to give space to one of the boys/girls. Thanks to this wonderful initiative a young man was able to get in touch with his brothers and his biological father.
Returning to the details of the adoption, what better satisfaction than from one's own pain to then transmit something positive, because in that period of uncertainty the suffering was so much for Fatima until at the age of 8 her life was about to take a decisive turn. An Italian couple had the firm will to adopt her, she was still amazed by that news and did not believe that anyone was interested in her.
After all the legal formalities, together with his 2-year-old sister, they finally arrived in Italy in 2006. An immense joy thinking that he would finally have “A Family” that would not let him miss anything. In Lithuania, however, other brothers remained and he is still in contact with a sister who is in Los Angeles.
Fatima is currently about to graduate in biological sciences and aims to be able to work in the field of research, aspiring to join some team that deals with a large project regarding tumors. Quite sensitive and very grateful for what happened to her, her parents are the backbone for her daily life path that now makes her the protagonist of the various choices that will arise, what distinguishes her apart from her statuesque beauty is her determination to carry forward new ideas always for the greater good, so the best aphorism that distinguishes Fatima is: every cloud has a silver lining and makes you determined.
