Quiet night at Campi Flegrei after the intense seismic swarm yesterday.
An earthquake of magnitude Md 2.0 occured in the area: Campi Flegrei, at 5 am last night with geographic coordinates (lat, lon) 40.8010, 14.1110 at a depth of 3 km.
Following the earthquakes that hit the province of Naples, Anas has activated the protocols foreseen for the verification of the road and motorway structures under management in the event of an earthquake.
In particular, Anas technicians specialized in inspections of bridges and viaducts, have carried out specific checks and technical inspections on the works of the state road 7 IV “Domitiana” and on the SS686 'Di Quarto', near the epicenter of the seismic swarm. The activities have not yet revealed any structural damage or the need to limit traffic.
