“The device of security on the occasion of the home matches of the Frosinone Football it will be profoundly different from the past: because the opponents change, the visiting fans change, in many cases the type of approach changes": the police commissioner explained it to ANSA this morning Domenico Condello a few hours before the first official match of the Canarian team in the new season, this afternoon in fact the Frosinone will face the Pisa for the 32nd of Coppa Italia while on the 19th there will be the championship debut against Napoli.
“The security plan has been remodeled on multiple levels, based on the opposing fans who will come to Frosinone. For some matches we will adopt the most advanced level: there will be additional remote checkpoints to prevent anyone who does not have purely sporting intentions from approaching the Stirpe stadium”.
An anti-ticket touting service is also provided: “Our operators will have portable devices to detect counterfeit tickets even from a distance. This is a point on which we will pay maximum attention to minimize the possibility of disorder.
The 60 Daspos issued last season demonstrate that the availability towards the fans is maximum but in total compliance with the rules".
This year too there will be the problem of the failure to build a road for away fans. “It would have been an added value – says Police Commissioner Condello – but we have obtained from the Municipality a parking area to be assigned exclusively to visiting fans which will allow for better and simpler management than in the past”.
Flow management will be different: “There will be a clear separation. We will use the helicopter to film images that will then be remotely transmitted to the Gos room and we have numerous new generation cameras that the Municipality has provided along the entire route of the fans to monitor in a discreet but effective manner”.
