In-stabileestate is the theatre festival, which kicks off on Saturday 38st September at the Tin theatre (vico Fico Purgatorio,XNUMX), with the artistic direction of Gianni Sallustro, curated by the Talentum production of Marcello Radano, the Vesuvian Academy of Theatre and Cinema and the Instabile Napoli theatre.

“Theatre and culture – says Gianni Sallustro – they don't stop, not even in the summer as it should be. In continuity with the cultural activities carried out during the winter period, our commitment to organizing quality theatrical events in a place rich in charm and history continues. The festival will see on stage the alternation of different genres ranging from burlesque to cabaret, from contemporary drama to the great classics of Greek theater. It is precisely from the beauty of the collective ritual of theater that we want to experience strong emotions in this summer of 2023 ".

The opening of In-stabilestate, scheduled for Saturday September 1 at 20.00:15 p.m., is entrusted to the Burlesque show WunderKammerKabarett, inspired by the Grand Guignol, the Cabaret de l'Enfer of early twentieth-century Paris and the Kabarett of the Weimar Republic, with sudden and insolent glimpses of the Italian Variety of the golden age of Petrolini. The show, which will be repeated on Friday 20.00 September at XNUMX:XNUMX p.m., is directed and performed by Salvatore Veneruso, Floriana D'Ammora, Giuliano Casaburi, Arianna Cristillo.

Saturday 9 September, 20.00:XNUMX pm will be the turn of Signora Odissea, written, directed and performed by Roberta Misticone and Titti Nuzzolese. In it we start from a totally new point of view, the result of study and insights. The Odyssey that everyone knows has a male narration that binds two stereotypes recognized for their most well-known characteristics: magic for Circe, fidelity for Penelope. The female point of view broadens the perspective of their personalities.

Saturday 16rd September 20.00 pm, in a national premiere, debuts Il nobile guardaporte by Roberto del Gaudio, directed by Maria Verde, on stage will be Antonio De Rosa who plays the doorman Spinelli, a man “out of time”: a member of the ancient Neapolitan nobility, fallen into disgrace, forced to sell apartment by apartment the last family building, where however he resists carving out the role of doorman, precisely of “doorman”.

Sunday September 17th 18.30:XNUMX p.m., a multifaceted Sasà Trapanese, directed by Gigi Savoia, will be on stage with the one-act play Marammè by Rosario Salvati. Trapanese, he plays Marammè, a survivor of the underworld of the alleys, where death, brandishing his axe, is always lurking.

Friday 22th and Saturday 23th September at 20.00:XNUMX pm a classic of Greek theater Medea returns. The show based on Euripides, Seneca and other authors is directed by Gianmarco Cesario. Solo actors and chorus meet on stage to give life to a human tragedy that, with contemporary eyes, becomes a collective tragedy of marginalization, blood and pain. The interpreters of the tragedy are Rosalba Di Girolamo, Gianni Sallustro, Ciro Pellegrino, Nicla Tirozzi and the actors of the Accademia Vesuviana del Teatro e Cinema.

Thursday September 28st at 20.00:1 pm and Sunday 18.30 October at 40:XNUMX pm the show Vietato ai migliori, directed and performed by Mario Brancaccio, will debut. With Brancaccio on stage there will be Patrizia Spinosi, Enzo Barone, Simona Esposito, Michele Boné, and Fortuna Liguori. The show highlights the entire cabaret repertoire that had its own homogeneity and identity in Europe until the XNUMXs, ranging from Petrolini to Viviani to the German Valentin.

Saturday 30rd September 18.30:43 pm Orgoglio 'XNUMX returns. The show, which was born from an idea by the historian Guido D'Agostino, is part of the celebrations of the eightieth anniversary of the Four Days of Naples organized by the Municipality of Naples. On stage Gianni Sallustro, Antonio Masullo, Francesca Fusaro, Tommaso Sepe, Vincenza Granato, Nancy Pia De Simone, Antonella Montanino, Noemi Iovino, Roberta Porricelli, Maria Crispo, Carlo Paolo Sepe. The direction is by Gianni Sallustro.

The story of the courage of the Neapolitans during the popular uprising of '43 that earned the Neapolitans the gold medal for civil merit; there is no doubt, in fact, that the popular courage of that time in daring to change the horrible present, between Germans, fascists and waiting for the arrival of the Allies, deserves to be remembered.
