Arzano. They tamper with the seals and steal water: aggravated theft, three shopkeepers reported by the local police.
Arzano local police officers, led by Commander Biagio Chiariello, were engaged in a service to combat illegal conduct in the area as part of their administrative police powers.
The White Helmets targeted several businesses, including pizzerias located on the city's main streets, where suspicions arose over the tampering with of water meters, which included the removal of seals and the improper supply of water to the detriment of the municipality.
Three people have been reported to the Public Prosecutor's Office for the crime of aggravated theft.

To prevent a repeat of such practices, officers and workers removed the water meters. The traders, clearly exposed, regularized their situation by signing a valid water supply contract, paying the outstanding amounts.
