The driver was traveling along the SS 400 in the municipality of Chiusano San Domenico, when the car went off the path and remained unsteady.
The woman, who was trapped, was extracted alive by the firefighters and was entrusted to the 118 health workers who transported her to the Moscati hospital in Avellino.
The car that remained unsteady during the rescue operations was made safe and the Carabinieri from the Paternopoli Station arrived on site to carry out investigations.
