In respect of the memory of the young musician Giovanbattista Cutolo and the day of mourning proclaimed by the Municipality of Naples, the Organizational Management of Bufala has cancelled all the initiatives and activities planned for Wednesday 6 September, effectively cancelling the inaugural day of the event.
"The murder of Gianbattista Cutolo - said Antonio Rea, organizational director of Bufala Fest - shocked us, we had started the setup in Piazza Municipio, then on Saturday we learned of the funeral and we blocked the event that we were supposed to open on the 6th at 12.30:7 with the undersecretary of agriculture La Pietra and then we saw that Mayor Mafredi proclaimed a day of mourning and we moved the event, which will take place from September 11th to 12,00th. This year's is the seventh Bufala Fest and will have a new look, it is being held for the first time in Piazza Municipio, a new location for Naples and for us. To reach the place of the event in a comfortable and convenient way, we have made an agreement with ANM that will provide a combined parking plus tram service with a direct ride BRIN - Piazza Municipio, from 16,00:18,30 to 00,30:5 and from XNUMX:XNUMX to XNUMX:XNUMX, at a total price of XNUMX euros".
"As artistic director - said Francesco Sorrentino - I am bitter and angry these days after the murder of Gianbattista. There will be animations but aimed at children, with street artists and there will be a piano for the community: whoever wants to remember our Giogiò, can sit down and remember him with songs from the history of Naples".
