Among other documents, a certificate dated September 10 was found on the body, diagnosing him with "anxiety-depressive disorder" and recommending a psychiatric evaluation.

The immediate postmortem examination of the body "did not reveal any signs of torture or violence," and therefore reports of "burns, cuts, and various trauma to the deceased's head are incorrect; these are merely postmortem injuries," and "the only signs found on the body are those typical of hanging."
