The elements that have emerged so far are "in no way indicative of a death due to the work of third parties". This is stated in a detailed note by the Public Prosecutor's Office Trieste This refers to the case of the man found hanged yesterday morning on the Trieste high-speed train. Among other documents, a certificate dated September 10 was found on the body, diagnosing him with "anxiety-depressive disorder" and recommending a psychiatric evaluation.
The certificate was issued by Donk-Humanitarian Medicine.

The immediate postmortem examination of the body "did not reveal any signs of torture or violence," and therefore reports of "burns, cuts, and various trauma to the deceased's head are incorrect; these are merely postmortem injuries," and "the only signs found on the body are those typical of hanging."
