In the municipality of Caivano there is a lack of public video surveillance systems and in the places where the abuses occurred, there are not even private video surveillance systems, as these are areas far from residential areas.

This is what emerged from the order issued by the preliminary investigations judge of Naples North, Fabrizio Forte, who ordered the arrest of two young men, aged 18 and 19, involved in the sexual abuse of two girls aged 10 and 12 in Caivano, in the province of Naples.

The investigating judge for the Naples Juvenile Court also issued seven precautionary measures against other youths involved in the violence. The judge used strong language to condemn the "gang" who showed complete disregard for the victims, instilling fear in them, and sexually abusing them.

Only two of the suspects have been identified as local residents, while the others are from Caivano. There's a distance that goes beyond geography.

At Caivano's Parco Verde, the State Police set up a "legality village," with the presence of authorities and the participation of students from local schools. The other streets in the neighborhood remained deserted.

The anti-clan priest, Don Maurizio Patriciello, speaks of "indelible wounds," referring not only to recent events but also to past ones. Work is underway to renovate the former Delphinia sports center, one of the sites of the violence.

The police will conduct a census of the homes to identify the squatters. Not all the suspects are residents of Parco Verde and the locals do not want the neighborhood to be stigmatized. There are also relatives of the victims who speak through their lawyers.

The "Un'Infanzia da Vivere" association has installed children's play equipment in Ohama Park, one of the neighborhood's neighborhoods, as a sign of change.
