The applications sent to the Ministry of Culture contain the projects of the cities and unions of the participating municipalities, which consist of detailed timetables and lists of the individual cultural activities planned for a year, in addition to an accurate economic-financial evaluation.
By 15 December 2023, a jury of experts will evaluate the individual projects and select a maximum of ten finalists who will be called, from 14 March 2024, to present and further explore their project during a series of public hearings.
