The 28-year-old Romanian who was arrested by the Carabinieri yesterday evening for attempted theft was required to report to the police.
It was an Italian citizen who reported to the operations center that he had just seen a young man force the door of a commercial business selling accident prevention materials, located in Via Nazionale Appia, inside the Azimut park.
The man also provided the military with a detailed physical description of the criminal and how he was dressed.
