Today, as part of an investigation directed by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Naples North, the military personnel of the Operational Section of the Carabinieri Company of Casoria they executed an order implementing the precautionary measure of house arrest.
Provision signed by the GIP of the Court of Naples North at the request of the Prosecutor's Office, against a 37-year-old from Casavatore, seriously suspected of deformation of the person's appearance through permanent lesions to the face.
The investigation originated from the episode that occurred in Casoria during the afternoon of May 17, when - following a report received by the emergency number 112 - the Carabinieri of the Operational and Radiomobile Unit intervened near a bar located in via Rossini.
There, a man, involved in an argument with another individual who was not identified immediately after the incident, suffered a permanent injury to one ear.
The investigation carried out has shed light on the dynamics of the events, identifying the perpetrator of the crime and the motive for the attack, which arose from an argument over trivial matters.
The fight took place near a commercial establishment in Casoria, during which the 37-year-old arrested, intervening in a trivial discussion in progress between a person he was with and the injured party, lashed out at the victim causing - with a bite - the partial cutaneous-cartilaginous avulsion of the helix of the right ear.
The person arrested today, once the formal procedures had been completed, was subjected to the precautionary measure of house arrest, at the disposal of the Judicial Authority.
