CASTEL VOLTURNO. “Promise kept”. These are the words with which city councilor Antonio Luise inaugurated the new buses that, starting yesterday, September 25, are available for public transportation of citizens and tourists of Baia Verde.
Luise, together with the councilor Giuseppe Maisto, who collaborated in the creation of the service, showed the community how to access the transport through an explanatory video: just buy the ticket on the dedicated website or directly on board and validate it. In addition, at each stop there is a table indicating the timetable of the daily route. There are two lines available: the first one starts from Mondragone and stops at Pinetamare and vice versa; the second one starts from Naples and arrives at Mondragone.
Each line makes four trips a day at approximately one-hour intervals.

"I'm delighted," Luise says, "to announce to residents that the transport service is now operational. It's been forty years since anything like this has happened in Baia Verde. I'm satisfied: we've increased the number of routes and made free transport possible for young people and adults. The buses are new, so we ask for the utmost cooperation from our residents in maintaining the vehicles in good condition." "It was a difficult undertaking," she continues, "since it's not always easy to obtain the various permits."
So I would like to thank all the staff of 'Air Campania' in the person of the engineer Petronelli, the body of the municipal police, the architect Pirozzi and our mayor Luigi Petrella who immediately moved my idea. All this is the demonstration that with commitment and perseverance, but above all with love for your city, everything is possible. Let's move forward to do better and better, more and more".
