The great Catalan auteur cinema returns to Foqus (via Portacarrese a Montecalvario, 69). After last year's success, the #CCORE (Cinema Catalano d'autORE) festival, organized by the Delegation of the Government of Catalonia in Italy in collaboration with the Institut Ramon Llull, the Universities "L'Orientale", Federico II, Suor Orsola Benincasa and the Società Umanitaria di Alghero, will start again on Friday 15th September and will continue until Sunday 17th, in the Corte dell'Arte of the Fondazione dei Quartieri Spagnoli in Naples.
An unmissable event for film enthusiasts to see or re-see in the original language, with Italian subtitles, the best films of the Catalan film industry of recent production, presented at the main international festivals.
The three-day Catalan cinema event will open on Friday 15th, at 21 pm, with a meeting with the curator of the festival, Alessandra Sento, director of the Società Umanitaria di Alghero, an organization committed to the promotion and protection of cinematographic and audiovisual heritage, and with Massimiliano Gaudiosi, researcher in Cinema, photography and television at the University of Naples Federico II.

On the final day, Sunday 17, at 18.30:21 pm, there is an appointment with the Masterclass held by Cesc Mulet, producer of the film that will be screened that evening, again at XNUMX pm, “El ventre del mar” by Agustí Villaronga, an adaptation of a story by Alessandro Baricco with which the Catalan director, who recently passed away, continued his research on violence and the cinema of cruelty.
