On Sunday 17 September 2023, a free-entry concert dedicated to the most beautiful soundtracks of the great films that have made the history of Italian cinema will be held in Curti in Piazza Municipio at 20.30:XNUMX pm.
The artistic and musical direction will be held by Maestro Emilio Merola, an award-winning clarinetist, saxophonist and composer from Caserta, who will conduct the Symphonia chamber orchestra made up of: Pino Navelli (violin), Domenico Mancino (violin), Paolo Di Lorenzo (viola), Mauro Fagiani (cello), Vincenzo Faraldo (double bass), Pasquale Pomponio (piano) and Valeria Longo (voice).

The evening's guest will be Gianni Oddi, historic solo saxophonist for the late Maestro Ennio Morricone—with whom he recorded many of the soundtracks we all remember today, such as "Malena" and "The Legend of 1900"—as well as former principal alto saxophone of the RAI light music orchestra.
