ISappe raises the alarm over drones in the prison Secondigliano after the discovery of cell phones and drugs for high security prisoners.
“During a search in the High Security section in Secondigliano – says Raffaele Munno, regional vice-secretary for Campania of the SAPPE – five smartphones were found: one in the cell and four in common areas.
Also found were two blocks of hashish, all from drones”. According to Munno, “in the prisons of Campania, as of last August 30, 7.100 people were detained.
For this reason, Sappe once again highlights that it is absolutely necessary to technologically enhance the control rooms of the regional prisons and detention centers, the hub of internal and external security monitoring, the restoration of the sentry service on the perimeter wall, as well as urgent interventions to make the anti-climbing and anti-intrusion systems always functional and efficient".
