Overall, the Bagnoli municipal beach offers a new, free community space to residents and visitors.

The sports fields will be inaugurated on Friday, September 22nd; on Saturday, September 23rd and Sunday, September 24th, and Saturday, September 30th and Sunday, October 1st, from 17.30:19 pm to XNUMX:XNUMX pm, residents and tourists are invited to participate in the "Sensations at Twilight" initiative, part of the Naples City of Music project and organized by Ravello Creative LAB srl in collaboration with AIS - Italian Sommelier Association of Campania and Naples and Metropolitan Vineyards.

"After the reopening of the Porta del Parco Auditorium, which in a few months - Through a packed program of events, it has become a hub for cultural activities in the Phlegraean Fields and beyond. Following the restitution of the area outside the Auditorium through the "Summer in Naples" shows, and the "Napolifonika" festival held between the Arena Flegrea, Città della Scienza, and the Bagnoli Auditorium itself, through quality culture and entertainment, we are shining a spotlight on another public space, restored to the public and rich in potential. We will work to channel the region's best resources into this area too, so that residents feel it belongs to them and so that our community—through the concrete and tangible support of the institutions—is able to best exploit the resources that nature and history have bestowed upon us.

The "Sensations at Twilight" initiative—free admission until seats are filled—experiments with new approaches that combine the beauty of the location with music and local produce. Each event will feature a tasting of wines from Vigne Metropolitane, followed by musical performances featuring four ensembles: 'a Frasca - Gruppo Scettici per la Tradizione (September 23), Partenoplay (September 09), Ars Nova (September 24), and Les Passants (October 09). In their first concert, 'A Frasca will offer a rhythmic whirlwind of the Tarantella de Li Marri (aka the traveling Spaccapaese), tammurriate, fronne, and canti a figliola.

In the second appointment, Marina Bruno in Partenoplay, a tribute to Raffaele Viviani, Libero Bovio, Edoardo Nicolardi, Luigi Denza, EA Mario, Renato Carosone and Pino Daniele, with a sound swinging between bossanova, swing and bolero. On September 30, the sextet Ars Nova will bring to light the popular repertoire of Campania, the Apulian pizzica, the Sicilian serenades, the Calabrian tarantellas, on a border that is an ideal connection with the Greek rebetiko and Balkan music.

Finally, Les Passants, a collective of young musicians who love gypsy jazz and formed within the walls of the San Pietro a Majella Conservatory, will range from the jazz tradition to the cheerful melancholy of the South, without neglecting traditional music. "This cultural initiative and the new sports facilities open up the possibility of using municipal beaches as meeting places open beyond the bathing season." declared the President of the City Council, Enza Amato, and the Councillor for the Sea, Edoardo Cosenza.

"I thank GIFFAS for the donation and all the participants in the "Sensations at Dusk" evenings - added President Amato - because they offer tourists and citizens of Bagnoli opportunities for quality leisure time between sports, music and local excellences." "We are working - concluded Councilor Cosenza - to expand the offer of free-access urban beaches".
