Morra Greco Project, in October comparison between 100 institutions.
MoMA, Victoria & Albert, Stedelijk, and many other prestigious museums from 30 countries and 5 continents will meet from October 24 to 27 in Naples, a city represented by institutions such as the Mann, Capodimonte, and Madre, in the second edition of the EDI Global Forum, an international project by the Morra Greco Foundation that brings together the elite of art education and teaching.
The goal is to share new visions and question how the role of museums is changing in the third millennium: from static spaces to entities capable of embracing the local community and multiculturalism, and fostering the redemption of peripheral areas and vulnerable communities.
From Colombia to Uganda, from South Korea to the United States, passing through Japan, England, and across Europe: approximately 100 museums will meet for an event, supported by the Campania Region, which also involves universities, academies, cultural institutions and associations in the third sector, artists, professionals, curators, and businesses with events throughout the city focused on social issues: 'talking' trees will tell stories of caring for nature, and a collective pizza, a symbol of integration.
