“Antistar” is the new single by the Veronese singer-songwriter Filippo Perbellini, on the radio, in digital stores and on streaming platforms starting today, Friday 1st September. After his latest album produced in Los Angeles, the artist returns to his origins but above all to the Italian language.
Written and composed by Filippo Perbellini, Andrea Cipria aka. StereoCool and Federico Sambugaro, “Antistar” has an absolutely innovative sound with an electro – neo soul look. The song is a rebellion against commonplaces, a battle against banalities, a sort of research to make a difference.
"Everyone is a star, too much of a star, let's distance ourselves from the attitudes that force us to accept the unbearable rules of a too common lifestyle. Is being yourself the solution? Well, "be an ANTISTAR!", declares Filippo Perbellini.
“Antistar” is accompanied by a music video, directed by Gianluca Bozzini, in which the videotape footage that is activated by the protagonist is the space within which he can actually feel free to express all his nonconformism in a universe made of clichés that recall the vaporwave style.
The single was mixed and arranged at YellowLight Studio by Andrea Cipria aka.StereoCool and at HOG Studio by Gianni Bini. Mastering by MKFMastering.
