Milan, September 29, 2023 - Fedez was admitted as an emergency to the surgery department of the Fatebenefratelli Sacco Hospital in Milan. The rapper confirmed the news in an Instagram story, explaining that he had two ulcers that caused internal bleeding.
"Thank you for all the messages you're sending me because support always helps in times like these," Fedez wrote. "Unfortunately," Fedez wrote, "I'm currently hospitalized due to two ulcers that caused internal bleeding. Thanks to two blood transfusions, I'm feeling much better now. I thank the medical staff who literally saved my life."
The rapper's hospitalization was preceded by some clues that worried fans.

Fedez was also the only one absent from Marrageddon, the mega event organized by Marracash on September 23 in Milan, which was attended by the most famous rappers on the Italian scene.
The rapper, who underwent delicate surgery at the San Raffaele Hospital in Milan for a pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor in March 2022, concluded his Instagram story with a message of hope: "I'm fine now and I'll get better soon. Thanks again to everyone for the love."
