The 12-year-old patient who was injured yesterday in the accident involving a Frecce Tricolori plane and the car he was traveling in with his parents and his little sister, who sadly passed away, spent a peaceful night.
After being transported to Regina Margherita Hospital, the child was sedated as a precaution, treated for burns covering nearly 30% of his body, and admitted to intensive care. Both he and his parents received psychological support from an expert specializing in pediatric cases.
This morning, the young patient gradually began to awaken from the precautionary sedation, with the support of the same psychologist.

The parents were also observed overnight at the Orthopedic Trauma Center, where they were taken immediately after the accident. Both slept well and have no significant medical problems despite the burns they sustained, which are not particularly concerning. Since yesterday evening, they have been receiving dedicated psychological support from one of the expert psychologists at Città della Salute.
