These are the words of Geolier (for the registry office Emanuele Palumbo, the most famous and most followed rapper by the youth of Naples, spoken to the microphones of Canale 21 immediately after the funeral ceremony of Giovanbattista Cutolo.
In recent days he had been called into question by the mother of the young musician who was killed: “If Geolier comes to pay homage to the coffin of Giovanbattista Cutolo, he sends a strong signal to a certain type of Bastard Naples”.
And so it was: he arrived when mass had already started. He approached discreetly and hugged Giovanbattista's father for a long time and then his mother and then placed a bouquet of white roses on Giogiò's coffin.

It's the streets that influence kids. And it's not just a parental issue, it's a cultural issue. Rap didn't save me from the streets, it was my parents who did that. If anything, rap saved me from the factory."
