New single that will be the theme song for the second season of “DI4RI”, available on Netflix, in Italy, from September 14th.
The last days of summer are the most melancholic, in which along with the days also the moments that separate us from the return to normal life and, above all, from the return to school are shortened. As the sea takes back the sand castles abandoned on the beach, so the memories of the hot summer days begin to fade and those loves, born in the carefreeness of the most beautiful season of the year, often have their days numbered.
So all we have to do is continue to dream through music and with headphones in our ears, dance towards a new beginning: starting today, Friday 8 September, we can do it with “CASTELLO DI SABBIA” (Columbia Records/Sony Music Italy), the new single by LDA, available on the radio and on all digital platforms at the link https://Columbia.lnk.to/castellodisabbia. The song will be the theme song for the second season of “DI4RI”, the Netflix series available from Thursday 14 September, in Italy.
Tonight at 19.00:XNUMX pm the artist will be the protagonist of a live appointment on Tik Tok to celebrate the release of the new single and reveal the behind the scenes of the collaboration with Netflix, while the lyric video of the song is already online – at the link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hoHwD_hKGTY.
“The modern sounds of 'Sand Castle' – comments LDA – are the perfect soundtrack for the end of summer, but also for new beginnings. With winter in my heart I ask to be taken to my sand castle, where I lived the happiest moments. Laughter and caresses, but also many difficulties, are a perfect mix to describe the beginning of a new season.”
“Castello di sabbia” comes after “GRANITA” (Columbia Records/Sony Music Italy) – at the link https://Columbia.lnk.to/GRANITA – which accompanied us throughout the summer with its freshness, uptempo sounds and the story of the end of a love story
Biography
Born in 2003 in Rome, LDA took his first steps in the Italian music scene at the age of 13, proposing covers of songs by some great Italian and international artists on YouTube. In 2017 he published his first unreleased song, “Resta”, released following the feat with Il Mago, who asked him to collaborate on his song “Orizzonte”, after noticing his performances online. In 2020 he was one of the protagonists of the single “Buongiorno” by Gigi D'Alessio, together with Clementino, CoCo, Enzo Dong, Franco Ricciardi, Geolier, Lele Blade, MV Killa, Samurai Jay and Vale Lambo. In the same year, he also collaborated with Astol and Robledo on the song “Vediamoci stasera”. In March 2021 he launched his second single “Vivimi”, released a few months before entering the Amici school. During his time at the school, LDA presented four unreleased songs, the first of which was “Quello che fa male”, certified first gold and then platinum (data released by Fimi/GfK Italia). He later released “SAI” (prod. D. Whale), “Scusa” (prod. D. Whale) and “Io voluto solo te” (prod. Michele Canova Iorfida), all singles that made LDA one of the most beloved students of Amici21, earning him over 60 million streams (audio and video) and the affection of hundreds of thousands of fans who follow him daily. After launching the single “BANDANA”, certified gold (data released by Fimi/GfK Italia), LDA released his self-titled debut album in May 2022. In July of the same year, “Lo Que Mas Nos Duele” was released, a bachata version of the hit “Quello che fa male” and in November “Cado”, written together with Albe. LDA competed among the Big of the 73rd edition of the Sanremo Festival with the song “Se poi domani” (gold record), included in his new album “Quello che fa bene” (Columbia Records/Sony Music Italy), released on Friday 17 February and followed in April by a 3-date tour, produced by Friends & Partners together with GGD. “Granita” was released on Friday 26 May, the single that accompanied us throughout the summer.
