Last afternoon, the police officers from the Police Station Scampia, as part of services set up for this purpose, noticed two men with a cautious attitude who were hanging around outside a building in via Gherardo Marone.
The observation service carried out by the police officers was successful since the two were approached shortly after by a person who, in exchange for a banknote, received from one of those being monitored a package taken from a metal container attached, via a magnet, to the back of a sign with a funeral announcement located nearby.
The officers reached and blocked the suspects, finding one of them in possession of 284 euros and recovered, on the back of the metal billboard, two containers containing 9 packages containing approximately 4 grams of cocaine.
Therefore, two Neapolitans aged 22 and 48, the latter with a criminal record, were arrested for possession of narcotics for the purpose of trafficking.
