Two young people lost their lives last night in a collision between a motorbike and a scooter in Trento. The victims are a 16-year-old girl and a 22-year-old boy.
According to an initial reconstruction, around 21 pm, the young woman was crossing Via Venezia, pushing her scooter, when she was hit head-on by the motorbike the boy was riding.

The accident occurred on Via Venezia near Via Corallo, near a restaurant and a gas station. According to an initial reconstruction by local police officers who responded to the scene, the woman was riding her scooter across the crosswalk when she was struck by the motorcycle driven by the twenty-two-year-old, who was reportedly traveling very fast from the city center.
The girl was dragged for several meters on the asphalt and then thrown over the parking lot wall. The scooter broke in two. The rider crashed into the guardrail.
