The young man who was stopped by the Carabinieri after last night in Positano he bit off the ear of a peer during an argument.
Around 4am, according to an initial reconstruction of the incident, on the large beach, at the exit of a well-known nightclub, two young people came to blows.
The worst off was a twenty-year-old from Vietri sul Mare who had the upper part of his left ear bitten off by a twenty-two-year-old from Praiano who was unable to get over the end of his relationship with his ex, a young woman from Amalfi.
For this reason she attacked the boy who was with her inside the club, the twenty-two year old. Several other boys witnessed the episode, and some of them intervened to calm the fight.
The attacker, MA, responsible for the serious personal injuries, has no criminal record. The injured boy, however, after first aid and stitches, was transferred to the San Giovanni di Dio and Ruggi d'Aragona hospital in Salerno to evaluate the possibility of plastic reconstruction of the third of the auricle.
