E'It was a first day dedicated to sobriety and taste, which took place yesterday in the village of Bufala Fest.
The food and wine festival, now in its seventh edition, scheduled from 7 to 11 September 2023, in Naples, in Piazza Municipio, organized by Diciassette Eventi with the aim of promoting and enhancing the peculiarities of the entire buffalo supply chain, linked to the success of mozzarella but which can give more with the flavor and properties of its meat.
It is worth noting that thousands of people reached the village set up in Piazza Municipio, without causing any problems to the circulation and vehicular traffic of the city of Naples.
A sign that the device implemented by the Municipality of Napoli and the Park & Go initiative by Anm ran throughout the first day of the event. Together with the central location for public transport in Naples, a stone's throw from the Metro Line 1 and close to the Centrale and Montesanto funiculars and the Linea2 and Cumana station.
The public also showed great interest in the talk on the topic “The agri-food supply chain between food diversity, economic inclusion and environmental sustainability” which took place in the Giardino delle Idee area of Bufala Fest, organized in collaboration with Agugiaro&Figna and Fratelli La Bufala and with the participation of MSC Crociere.
