A restaurateur of Napoli, delegate of Confesercenti, reached the protesters' garrison against the stop to the Citizen's Income and offered work. It happened a short while ago at the entrance to the Galleria Vittoria on the corner of Via Acton. The entrepreneur is Diego Borrelli. The restaurateur spoke with a group of protesters, inviting them to report situations of exploitation and not to lose heart.

“There is so much work in the city. I am personally committed to finding a solution,” he said. Then Borrelli explained that his business is expanding and there is a need for staff: “We are opening two more restaurants, we need willing people. Obviously I don’t have a thousand jobs, but let’s give a chance to those who want to roll up their sleeves.” One of the protesters, Antonio, who showed up with his little girl in tow, seized the opportunity: “I get 800 euros of Rdc, if he hires me to work I’ll tear up the paper.”

Borrelli invited him to show up at the restaurant. The entrepreneur then tried to invite the protesters to go home because "what you are doing is useless except to make Naples look bad. Many applauded him. Some, however, also contested him, claiming that it was all "a bluff".
