In a video posted on Tiktok, and reported by some users, an SUV can be seen reversing along the Naples ring road at high speed.
The driver, in the company of at least one other person, does not slow down even when approaching the junctions, endangering the safety of other motorists.
In particular, the one coming from Corso Malta and going towards Fuorigrotta Il Sud with a reckless maneuver anticipates the entrance of a Fiat Panda, whose driver is forced to slow down and then overtake him a few meters ahead.
“We sent the images to the Municipal Police to trace the perpetrators of this criminal madness and the exact date and time in which the event occurred. This is a very serious episode, which shows how much still needs to be done to stop road pirates.
Criminals who do not hesitate to put their lives and those of others in danger for a few likes on social media or because they are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Against this trend we will support the toughening of the penalties provided for in the Highway Code for those who irresponsibly attempt the life of others”.
