A little pink house in a residential area that feels like the countryside, not far from the railway that changed their lives forever.

It is the one where Giuseppe Sorvillo, 43 years old, lived, one of the five workers who died while working on the tracks at the station BrandizzoNow in that house there remain his wife and two children, a boy and a girl, around whom the family members, who arrived from the province of Caserta immediately after the accident, have gathered.

Outside the house, wrapped in silence, with a small garden where it is hard to imagine the laughter and joy of games, a small group of relatives talking softly. Among them is Giuseppe's brother, a few years younger than him.

“It was the two of us, he was the first and I was the second. I left immediately in the night, as soon as I heard,” he says only, with a composed pain. For them, now, it is the moment of waiting, before being able to welcome the remains of Joseph to whom they can say goodbye.

Meanwhile, even in the house where Sorvillo and his family had lived in the past, there are those who have not forgotten them and cannot believe what happened. "We are all shocked," says a neighbor who returns with groceries, "it is unacceptable."
