This morning the passengers got off the Naples train-St. George, at the Bartolo Longo stop, they realized that the station was closed and found themselves trapped inside.
The passengers are still stuck inside for over 40 minutes. The Fire Department arrived and cut the lock to let the passengers out.
Some passengers contacted the deputy Francesco Emilio Borrelli who immediately contacted the Eav top management also after seeing the videos published on the fb page Circumvesuviana guide to the suppressions and unsolved mysteries.
"They informed me - explains Borrelli - of an error by the service that deals with the shifts and that an internal investigation has been opened. I am shocked. The Fire Department had to intervene to free these people. We hope for rapid and timely interventions that punish those responsible also because what happened is serious and unacceptable. The passengers suffered significant damage and the idea of superficial and approximate management has been given".
