Growth while respecting the environment, technological culture, and innovation embraced by women.

These are the cornerstones around which 'Women shape the future' was born, a hackathon promoted by Philip Morris, in collaboration with MedITech and Codemotion.

This morning, the winners of the contest dedicated to female students in STEM subjects (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) from 8 universities in Puglia and Campania were awarded at the headquarters of the Philip Morris Institute for Manufacturing Competences (IMC) in Crespellano, in the province of Bologna.

The first prize was won by 5 engineering and mathematics students from the Federico II University of Naples, who created a corporate App dedicated to employee well-being, while second place went to 4 engineering and computer science students from the Polytechnic of Bari, creators of MyHelpy, an app for corporate communication.
