A 39-year-old man contacted his ex-partner for the umpteenth time, it is yet another argument born from the fact that the end of the relationship is not accepted. He threatens to kill her and promises to do it himself that evening, the time to get home; the last message leaves no room for misunderstanding.
The woman is afraid but it is not the first time that he writes that sentence to her. She hopes for yet another threat but this time very little time passes and the "promise" is kept: the man is outside the house, the first target is the victim's car.
The 39-year-old punctured all four tires – presumably with a knife or a sharp object – and then vented his fury on the front windshield, which was shattered by punches and kicks.

The woman on the other side of the barricade screams and calls the police, the 39-year-old runs away. The soldiers of the local police station arrive and speak with the victim and then start looking for the man. A few minutes later, the 39-year-old is tracked down and stopped. He was in his home in Cercola, thinking he had gotten away with it.
The arrested person was transferred to the Poggioreale prison at the disposal of the judicial authorities. The woman is well, at least physically, but will be followed by the competent bodies and associations.
