Thirty-five hires by the Municipality of Pomigliano for 2023 and 2024. This is what is provided for in the Integrated Plan of Activities and Organization (PIAO), approved by the Municipal Council of Pomigliano d'Arco, on the proposal of the Councilor for Personnel and Administrative Machine, Marianna Manna.
This is the fundamental single planning and governance document in which the strategic objectives of the Municipal Administration assigned to individual sectors for the improvement of services, the Personnel Requirements Plan, the Anti-Corruption Plan, the Personnel Training Plan and the organizational structure of the Authority are identified.
Therefore, as mentioned, there will be 35 hires planned for the years 2023 and 2024 in all professional profiles, completing the management structure, which has become eight after the recent reform of the municipal machine, and increasing the staff of the Local Police command and the technical sector as a priority.
This is the first strategic planning document adopted by the Municipal Administration a few months after taking office, which confirms in every part the line of great rigor and efficiency adopted by the council led by Mayor Raffaele Russo.
