The commissioner of Napoli has adopted a measure of prohibition of access to sporting events (DASPO), lasting 4 years with obligation to appear, against a 34-year-old Neapolitan investigated for attempted aggravated murder; in particular, last April 30, shortly before the start of the football match between Napoli e Salernitana, the suspect, outside the Maradona Stadium, using a sharp weapon, seriously injured, for trivial reasons, an unknown person in the chest.
Another measure, lasting one year, was adopted against a 22-year-old Neapolitan who, on the occasion of the celebrations for the championship victory by SSC Napoli, set off a firecracker in Piazza Trieste e Trento, causing serious danger for the safety of the many present.
