The Carabinieri of the Company's Operational and Radiomobile Unit Salerno they executed an order for the application of the precautionary measure of community placement, issued by the investigating judge of the Juvenile Court of Salerno at the request of the Prosecutor's Office, against a 16-year-old, for possession of narcotics for the purpose of dealing.
Following the seizure of the suspect's phone, telematic investigations were delegated to him, which, carried out by the Investigative Unit of the Carabinieri of Salerno, allowed them to gather serious evidence of guilt against the minor who was strongly suspected of selling various narcotic substances, such as hashish and marijuana.
The young man offered the drug by posting photos and videos of the substances, implementing a conduct aimed at "marketing" the substance to a large audience. The arrested person was taken to a community for minors and will be questioned by the Judicial Authority in the coming days.
